We love our product and know you will too, we want your kids to have as much fun with them as our daughter does. Please note every single item we sell is handmade in South Africa by at-risk communities. We guarantee against certain manufacturer defects with a policy of repair or replacement. Please note due to the buttons these toys are only suitable for kids over the age of 3 years old

Color

We cannot guarantee that colors or styles of your toy. They are made from materials that are donated to Woza Moya foundation. This means every toy item is 100% unique to you. It also means we cannot possibly take photos of each individual sock toy. However, we try to categorize as best we can into general color and hair or hat style. This is more than purchasing a toy for your kids this is about helping a severely underprivileged community. Feel proud of yourself.  

Guarantee conditions

Our guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear or product damage caused by misuse, negligence, or accident. This includes but is not limited to damage caused by:
  • Extreme use
  • Abuse of the product.
  • Disregard for the product care instructions
  • Third-party alterations made to the product.
  • Feeding it to your dog.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY DAMAGED PRODUCT IS COVERED?

Venice and Sheila guarantee workmanship and materials including but not limited to seams, and buttons/. All damaged products are subject to evaluation by Sheila and Venice customer service. If the damage is deemed to be covered by our guarantee, but determined to be irreparable, we may replace the product or send a gift card for the most recent price of the product. Venice and Sheila will only cover the return shipping and only for domestic shipping for the product repair/replacement process.

WHAT DOES NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR” OR “NORMAL USE” MEAN?

These are kids cuddle toys so let's be honest they will take a beating. However when we mean normal wear and tear we don't mean thrown out a moving car window on the 405. We mean general use. 

HOW LONG DO REPAIRS or replacements take?

Most repairs will take up to 10 business days after the shipment is received at our factory. This timeframe may vary depending on the complexity of the repair. Our customer service team will be in contact within 24 hours of receiving the shipment to acknowledge receipt of the item and advise on repair time.
